Returns Policy

If you do need to return an item, please use the Contact page on the Pacenti Cycle Design website including your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will then reply as quickly as possible with instructions for how to return item(s).

We will make every effort to refund you within four weeks of receipt of the item at Pacenti Cycle Design.
