Shipping Policy

When you place an order, and go to check out you can select from a number of shipping options ranging from the slowest, US Postal Services First Class Mail (uninsured) through to the quickest using an express courier service.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

To reflect the policies of the shipping companies, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. In the event we sent you the incorrect item(s) then we will pay the return shipping costs.

If you do need to return an item, please use the Contact page on the Pacenti Cycle Design website including your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will then reply as quickly as possible with instructions for how to return item(s).

We will make every effort to refund you within four weeks of receipt of the item at Pacenti Cycle Design.
